My side roller blind will not roll all the way up
This could be due to slight slippage on the control causing the join in the chain to block the operation. Take the roller blind down and roll the fabric up by rotating it by hand then replace the roller blind.
One of my vanes won't turn
Pull the chain control until the vanes are aligned, then carry on pulling until you hear a clicking noise, (don’t worry this is the cams aligning). This should solve the problem.
My electric motorised roller blind won't work
Check the cables from the plug to the transformer, the transformer to the receiver and the receiver to the blind and make sure they haven’t been disconnected. Then check the following:
- Has the cable to the blind been damaged?
- Is it plugged in?
- Is the socket turned on?
- Does the socket work? Plug in another appliance to test
- Does the remote control light up when you press the button? If not replace battery
- Re-program the remote control (see here).
My electric motorised awning won’t work
Check the following:
- Has the cable to the awning been damaged?
- Is it plugged in?
- Is the socket turned on?
- Does the socket work? Plug in another appliance to test.
- Does the remote control light up when you press the button? If not replace battery.
- Re-program the remote control
How do I clean the awning fabric?
This can be washed with a mild detergent and a brush.
How do I remove my valance?
First remove the two end caps at both ends of the front profile. You will see a cross head screw in the valance heading slot. Loosen the screw both ends then slide the valance out of the profile – then re-fit end caps.
